Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped by USPS priority mail, with a 2-3 day delivery time or USPS First Class Mail with a 3-5 day delivery time. Orders with free shipping with a 4-10 day delivery time. All orders are shipped discreetly; package makes no mention of lingerie or other reference. Most orders are shipped within 24 of payment. We ship ever day except for Sundays and holidays. Most orders received by 2PM EST will ship the same day. All items are in stock; we do not drop ship or wait to order items once they are ordered. In turn this means you will have your items in your hands fast. In the unlikely event that an item ran out of stock, we will contact you with 24 hours to let you know when it will be back in stock. Or giving you the option of a refund.
Shipments returned to us that are undeliverable due to wrong address (provided by customer) or shipments unclaimed by customer, will be reshipped at the customers expense. In the event your order qualified for free shipping, shipping charges will be accessed to reship the order. In any event, no shipping charges are refundable once orders have been shipped.
Currently we are not offering Overnight delivery do to the unreliably and high price.

Damaged or Wrong Item Sent:
Orders are checked to insure that every item is in excellent condition and that we are shipping the correct item, size, and color. Although we work hard to make sure your order is correct, a mistake may occasionally happen.
If we have made an error with your order or received a damaged item, please contact us within 7-days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and briefly explain the error. Returned item must be sent back to us within 7-days from the day the return authorization number (RA#) has been sent. Failure to notify us within a 7-day period and/or failure to return item within 14-days will result in refusal of your return.
Item must be returned in exact same condition it was received in, new and unused, to receive a replacement. We will not accept garments that have been worn, tags removed,must be free of hair (human or pet) smell of perfume, smoke, or pet odors. Items received in this condition will not be accepted.
If you received the correct item(s), but not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items for store credit, subject to the terms below:
If you would like to return your merchandise please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RA#) and briefly explain why you are exchanging the item(s) within 7-days of receipt of your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and cannot be responsible for packages sent without delivery confirmation.
Special order items are non-returnable. Clearance items are non-returnable. Lingerie sets that include a panty, thong, or G-string will be shipped to you with the panty attached to the main garment or panty sealed. Once this panty is removed, the set is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns for Boxed Babydolls/Costumes Sets, Panties, Teddies, Hosiery, Body Stockings, Costumes With Attached Panty or Wigs. State law also prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. Any Item That Comes In Contact With The Genital Area Is Also Not Returnable.
Adult novelties/ Toys are not eligible for return.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, with original packaging. A service charge of $10.00 minimum will be assessed for each piece of lingerie eligible for return or exchanged that is not returned with care. Items returned smelling of any odors will not be accepted and returned to the buyer at their expense.
We are not responsible for damage to items being returned to us. It is advise that you purchase insurance for items being returned to us. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for EVERY return. Items return without an Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused and will be return to customer at their expense. Please contact us and we will email you with your RA# and return instructions. Returned item must be sent back to us within 7-days from the day the return authorization number (RA#) has been sent. Failure to notify us within a 7-day period and/or failure to return item within 7-days will result in refusal of your return.
All returns must be received within 21 days of receiving purchase, no exceptions!
Items returned to us for store credit that qualified for free shipping may be accessed a 20% restocking fee.
Items return to us for a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee. If they qualify in accordance with our return policy. If they do not, no refund will be given and it would be the buyer’s responsibility for the return shipping back to the buyer.
Closeout items are not returnable.
Orders that are refused or failure to pickup your order at the Post Office and are returned back to us. Can be reshipped at buyer's expense. If a refund is desired it would given less shipping paid plus a 20% restocking fee.
