Do you carry my size?

Lacey Jayde specializes in plus size lingerie and apparel with a vast inventory of hard to find items, so if you are having trouble finding your size at a mainstream department store, you should have better luck here! What is your largest bra cup size?

We carry bra cups up to DD. We also offer sizes from D down to A.

 

I haven’t really shopped for lingerie before. Can you help?

Don’t worry—there’s nothing to it! We have information on our website about taking measurements for your sizing. Also, check out our blog for plenty of useful information about shopping for lingerie. How long have you been in business?

Lacey Jayde has been selling lingerie for plus size women for over 20 years ever since we were a simple eBay store. Since then, we’ve grown into one of the top lingerie and accessory businesses on the web!

 

What do you take for payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You can also pay with PayPal.

 

Do you have a retail location?

We don’t currently operate a physical retail store. All of our business is conducted online, so we can focus on giving our customers a quality online shopping experience.

 

How do you handle shipping?

Unlike many other online stores who don’t stock their own product—these stores usually use drop shipping or order the products after you place your order—we maintain and ship our own inventory. This means that as soon as you put in an order (usually within 24 hours after payment), we ship the product directly from our warehouse if we have it in stock; so, our shipping times are consistently lower than other stores. We ship through USPS, which averages a 2-5 day delivery time. If you put in an order before 2PM EST Monday through Saturday, the item should ship out that day.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

This situation isn’t likely, but every once in a while it happens. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and give you the choice of waiting or getting a refund. Our inventory of lingerie for plus size women and other products spans items in the tens of thousands, and we work hard to keep our inventory stocked with the products you love.

 

Do you have any free shipping deals?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all US orders.

 

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer that option.

 

I like to keep my lingerie and adult product purchases private. Can you help me out?

Of course! All of our products are shipped in discreet packaging. The only person who will know about your order is you and, of course, anyone you’d like to let in on your little secret!

 

What is your return policy?

If you receive the wrong item, or you receive a damaged item, you can notify us within 7 days with an explanation of the problem and we will provide you with a return authorization number. The item has to be returned in the condition it was found. We can’t take back used items. Past 7 days after the item arrives, we can’t accept returns. Due to health regulations we cannot accept any returns for opened Boxed Babydolls/Costumes Sets, Panties, Teddies, Hosiery, Body Stockings, Costumes With Attached Panty or Wigs. State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items.  Any Item That Comes In Contact With The Genital Area Is Also Not Returnable. Do you do exchanges?

If you are unsatisfied with a product and need to return it, contact us within 7 days and we can provide you with a return authorization number and store credit for the exchanged item. We don’t take back special order items and items on clearance. The item needs to be returned in the condition it was found in and cannot be worn beforehand. Please review our return policy if you have any questions.

 

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! There is an option on our site to fill out your information for a gift certificate. After you make your order, the gift certificate will be emailed to the recipient.

 

Do you ever have sales?

All the time. We have dedicated a category in our inventory for items on sale. Check back frequently!

 

Do you have a newsletter?

Yes, we maintain a mailing list and regularly send out sales, specials, and new product notifications to keep all of our customers in the loop about our lingerie for plus size women and other products. We also send our customers coupons from time to time. Sign up on our account page now!

 

Is there a way to keep track of new products on your site?

Sure! In addition to our mailing list, we have RSS feeds for news, new products, our most popular products, and featured products.
